In case the ring of our standard size(Outer diameter 100-300mm), machining allowance as forged condition is 3.0mm per each dimension(Outer/Inner dia. and Width), and it becomes 6.0mm for the ring of 1,000mm in outer diameter, as our maximum size.(equipped with the sizing press facilities)

We can supply minimum 13.0mm width ring commercially by dividing from its multiples, using in-house developed tuttkiri (cutting) machine.

Our integrated production( forging ~ turning ~ quenching and tempering ~ polishing ~ assembly ) can minimize the time loss of transportation and achieve the delivery in a short term. It also save the time and labor of inventry control at customer.
